The deputy prime minister made the comments when chairing a meeting of the Steering Committee for the Implementation 896 on Administrative Reform.
The database will be decisive to the success of the national scheme to simplify administrative procedures, citizenship documents and database related to population management during the 2013-2020 period.
The Deputy PM stressed the need to finish the selection of a contractor to implement the database project in August, so that it can be officially launched in September.
