According to a recent survey by Plan International Vietnam, nearly 90% of Vietnamese migrant female workers aged from 18 to 30 have no idea how to find a suitable apartment to rent in big cities. To help local female workers solve this issue, a mobile application called "Safe Journey" has been launched and tested at Thang Long Industrial Park in Dong Anh District.
After a month of testing, the mobile app has attracted hundreds of users who register for daily use. The app is expected to have more features while reducing its data consumption in order to reach more people and best satisfy the needs of vulnerable women.
