The event was jointly held by the Russian Embassy in Vietnam and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. 28 artists from Ural delighted Vietnamese audiences with singing and dancing performances.
Performances incorporating both dancing and singing such as the "Ural folk song" and "Krutikhinskie villagers play bayan" contained distinctive features of Ural folk arts.
The performances offered the audience a new experience, invoking a wide range of emotions from happiness and excitement to romance.
The Ural State Folk Choir was founded in 1943 and has performed in over 40 countries. This was their first concert in Vietnam. The artists hope to perform in the country again.
