At a recent national award for students in scientific research, the first prize went to the students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technical Education of Ho Chi Minh City, for the project "Robotic feeding hand for patients". This device allows patients to eat without any human support. Experts predict that the next 20 years will be a golden era for the development of service robots, specifically in doing housework, helping the elderly and people with disabilities, helping hospitals and museums, and teaching foreign languages.
