The Week 3 - Month 3 - Quarter I match of the 26th season of Road to Olympia Mount concluded with a series of gripping developments. Four contestants, Pham Duc Thang (Kim Son A High School - Ninh Binh), Hoang Anh Minh (Nguyen Hue High School - Hue), Tran Anh Khoa (Tan Phu High School - Dong Nai), and Duong Hoa Binh (Xuan Dinh High School - Hanoi), delivered a lively and competitive knowledge race from the first rounds.
From the Warm-up round onward, the competition was intense. After the individual and general warm-ups, Tran Anh Khoa was in the lead with 70 points, followed by Pham Duc Thang with 60, Hoang Anh Minh with 55, and Duong Hoa Binh with 30.
In the Overcome Obstacle round featuring a 9-letter keywordHoang Anh Minh quickly gave the correct answer, “Thang Chap” (the twelfth lunar month), once the second hint was revealed. This propelled him into the lead with 105 points. Tran Anh Khoa followed him with 90 points, Pham Duc Thang with 70, and Duong Hoa Binh with 50.
The studio atmosphere grew even more tense during the Speed-up round, as the contestants relentlessly chased each other on the scoreboard. Hoang Anh Minh maintained his strong form and held onto the lead with 185 points. Tran Anh Khoa reached 150 points, Duong Hoa Binh had 110, and Pham Duc Thang had 100.
Entering the Finish round, Hoang Anh Minh chose the set of three 20-point questions. However, he was unable to answer all three correctly, ending the round with 185 points.
Tran Anh Khoa also selected three 20-point questions. After failing to score in the first two, Pham Duc Thang capitalized on an opportunity to correctly answer the second question correctly and earn20 points. . Anh Khoa answered the final question correctly, finishing with 150 points.
Pham Duc Thang chose the 20-20-30-point package and answered the first two questions correctly. In the final question, however, Hoang Anh Minh was quicker to ring the bell with the correct answer, leaving Duc Thang with 130 points.
Duong Hoa Binh chose three 30-point questions and answered the first accurately. However, on the third question, despite selecting the Star of Hope, he failed to provide the right answer, allowing Pham Duc Thang to gain an additional 30 points. After the round, Hoa Binh totaled 100 points.
In the final results, Hoang Anh Minh (Nguyen Hue High School - Hue) convincingly won the laurel wreath in Week 3 - Month 3 - Quarter I of the 26th season of Road to Olympia Mount with 215 points. He was followed by Pham Duc Thang with 160 points, Tran Anh Khoa with 150 points, and Duong Hoa Binh with 100 points.
