In the Overcome Obstacle round, with an 11-letter keyword, the tension soared. After just one hint was revealed, both Quoc Tri and Thanh Hung rang the bell with the answer “Nuclear power”. Quoc Tri was quicker, however, and correctly answered, surging ahead with 90 points.
The Speed-up round once again proved to be a turning point. Tuan Thanh outpaced his rivals by being the only one to correctly and quickly answer the first question, “stem cells,” scoring 40 points and reclaiming the lead. Next, Quoc Tri selected a 20–30–20 point package. After a shaky start, he regained his composure in the second question, using his Star of Hope, and earned 60 points. He continued to score in the final question, making a substantial leap in the rankings.
Thanh Hung opted for a bold strategy with a 30–20–30 pointspackage. H e lost points on the first question but effectively utilized his star of hope on the second. However, he failed to meet expectations on the final 30-point question.
Thu Ha concluded the Finish round, bravely selecting three 30-point questions. Despite her efforts, she was unable to score. Tuan Thanh attempted to answer all three as a rebounder but was unsuccessful. Nonetheless, with his consistently high scores from earlier rounds, he kept the lead and earned the laurel wreath for the second monthly match of Quarter 3.
