The Week 1 - Month 1 - Quarter 2 match of Road to Olympia Mount Season 26 brought together four evenly matched male students: Nguyen Van Tuan Kiet (Thanh Chuong 3 High School, Nghe An), Nghiem Trung Duc (Soc Son High School, Hanoi), Ngo Gia Hoang (Hung Vuong High School, Hoai Duc, Lam Dong), and Nguyen Dang Minh Hieu (Thu Khoa Huan High School, Ho Chi Minh City).
Warm-up Round: Trung Duc Opens a Wide Gap
In the Warm-up round, contestants completed both the Individual Warm-up and the General Warm-up segments.
During the Individual Warm-up, each contestant answered six questions, each worth 10 points. Tuan Kiet was the first to compete and scored 20 points. Gia Hoang and Minh Hieu also earned 20 points each.
Trung Duc delivered the most impressive performance in the Individual Warm-up, answering five out of six questions correctly to score 50 points.
In the General Warm-up, Tuan Kiet finished with a total of just 25 points. Minh Hieu had 20 points, Gia Hoang reached 30 points, while Trung Duc once again demonstrated his strength by achieving 40 more points, bringing his total to 90 points at the end of the Warm-up round.
Trung Duc led the field with 90 points after the Warm-up.
Overcome Obstacle Round: Trung Duc Solves the Key Word
The Overcome Obstacle round featured a three-letter keyword with four horizontal clues. After two clues were revealed, Trung Duc rang the bell with the correct answer, swiftly bringing the Overcome Obstacle round to a conclusion.
Trung Duc emerges as the standout contestant of the Overcome Obstacle round by correctly identifying the keyword “WTO”.
By the end of the round, Gia Hoang and Minh Hieu each had 30 points, Tuan Kiet had 35 points, and Trung Duc surged ahead with 150.
Speed-up Round:
The Speed-up round allows contestants to accumulate points by seizing their chances quickly. Trung Duc answered the first two questions the fastest, earning 40 points. As well as excelling in the Warm-up and Overcome Obstacle rounds, he continued to impress the hosts, fellow contestants, and the audience with his remarkable speed.

After the Speed-up round, Minh Hieu has 50 points, Gia Hoang 60 points, Tuan Kiet 145 points, and Trung Duc firmly holds the lead with 300 points.
Finish Round: Tuan Kiet makes an impressive score surge, Trung Duc Holds His Lead
After four rounds, the final scores were summed up as follows: Minh Hieu with 20 points, Gia Hoang with 80 points, Tuan Kiet with 205 points, and Trung Duc with the highest score of 300 points.
Nghiem Trung Duc, from Soc Son High School in Hanoi, claims first place in Week 1 - Month 1 - Quarter 2 with an emphatic total of 300 points.
