The Quarter II round of the 2024 Road to Olympia Mount was a battle of wits among four high school students: Nguyen Thanh Phuong from Le Quy Don Specialized High School in Da Nang, Nguyen Minh Dinh Thien from Dong Ha High School in Quang Tri, Nguyen Quoc Nhat Minh from Hung Vuong Specialized High School in Gia Lai, and Le Pham Minh Toan from Le Thanh Tong Elementary, Middle, and High School in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Quarter II round is a battle between 4 young boys
All four contestants showed determination and did their best to win and made their hometowns the host of the live broadcast. After the first round - Individual Warm-up, the contestants' scores did not vary much. Thanh Phuong, Dinh Thien, and Nhat Minh all scored 20 points, while Minh Toan scored 10 points.
Moving on to the general Warm-up round, Nhat Minh made a surprising acceleration by continuously giving correct answers, raising his score to 60 points, and making the competition fierce from the very first round. At the end of the Warm-up round, Nhat Minh led with 60 points, followed by Thanh Phuong with 25 points, Dinh Thien with 20 points, and Minh Toan with 10 points.

The Obstacle Course Round is the chance for contestants to score and turn the tables. In the Quarter II round, the obstacle crossword puzzle consists of 7 letters. Nhat Minh was the only one to answer the first question on the literary work "Số đỏ", only Nhat Minh answered correctly. Immediately after, without waiting for the firstpart of the picture to be revealed, the contestant from Gia Lai quickly pressed the bell to answer. However, Nhat Minh's answer was incorrect, giving other three contestants the opportunity to solve the puzzle.

After the first first part of the picture appeared, Minh Toan immediately rang the bell and answered "Đại Việt". The male contestant from the city named after Uncle Ho calmly made his judgment upon seeing the letter "T" in the corner of the picture. This courage helped Minh Toan to score 70 points and move into a tie for the lead with Nhat Minh.

In the Speed-up round, the contestants can narrow the score gap and gain an advantage for the Finishing Part. After regaining his composure and determination following an incorrect answer in the Obstacle Course round, Nhat Minh shone in the Speed-up round, answering correctly and quickly in 3 out of 4 questions in the Speed-up round.

In the decisive final round - The Finish Line, Nhat Minh chose the safer option of 3 questions worth 20 points to maintain his lead. Meanwhile, Thanh Phuong, Minh Toan, and Dinh Thien took on the more challenging 30-point questions in the hope of scoring crucial points.
In the first Finish Line round, Nhat Minh calmly answered all 3 questions worth 20 points correctlyto score 250 points. After him, Thanh Phuong and Minh Toan chose a group of 3 questions worth 30 points. However, Thanh Phuong failed to score in all three questions, in the meantime Minh Toan continued to show his strength in maths ematical questions, earning an additional 60 points in the Finish Line round, bringing his total score to 140 points.

Minh Toan proves his quick counting skills by correctly answering the second question in a a very short time.
The last contestant to reach the Finish Line, Dinh Thien chose the question set of 20 - 30 - 30. After failing to score in the first two questions, the young man from Quang Tri chose the Star of Hope in the last question and excellently got it right with aplomb, scoring 60 points.

In the end, Nhat Minh from Hung Vuong Specialized High School, Gia Lai was crowned champion of the Quarter II competition with 250 points. This victory officially made Gia Lai province the host of the live broadcast of the progam for the first time. With his knowledge, understanding, and confidence, Nhat Minh is sure to be a name that will causemany surprises at the 24th Road to Olympia Mount finals.
