Restructuring crop season and converting production

According to agricultural experts, the Mekong Delta needs to restructure its crop season in order to adapt to climate change and stabilise production.

According to the crop planning of the Mekong Delta, the goal until 2030 is to stabilise about 1.7 million hectares for rice cultivation and to switch over 200,000 hectares of inefficient rice land to other crops and livestock.
