A number of roads in Nghe An Province have been seriously damaged due to landslides, and several bridges have been submerged by floodwaters. Water levels in rivers in Nghe An Province have risen rapidly. 500 out of 625 reservoirs in the province are operating at full capacity, while the Ban Ve hydropower plant in Tuong Duong District has had to discharge water. Currently, 350 meters of sea dikes and 1400 meters of salt water prevention dikes are at risk of being damaged.
