Removal of indefinite term contracts from Jul 1st 2020

It will take effect on July 1, 2020. The Law will remove contracts with indefinite terms from the first of July next year. This means there will be no state officials with lifelong contracts and benefits, except for those working in disadvantaged areas. This provision applies to public employees who are employed after the date this law takes effect.
