Remains of 25 volunteer soldiers and experts reburied in Dien Bien

Their remains were collected by the Search and Collection Team of Military Zone 2 with the support of the local authorities and the people of Vietnam and Laos, especially the northern provinces of Laos. At the ceremony, the authorities of Dien Bien province highlighted that during the war, Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts promoted the tradition of the unyielding struggle for independence and the spirit of self-sacrifice for the revolutionary causes of the two nations. After the ceremony, local officials offered incense and flowers to the fallen soldiers at the cemetery.
