Regulations on garments exported to mexico under CPTPP

VTV.vn - The Ministry of Industry and Trade signed Circular No. 07 on exports of garments to Mexico under the Comprehensive and Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).

The move aims to realize the commitments of Viet Nam in the CPTPP and two bilateral letters between the Mexican Secretariat of Economy and the Vietnamese Minister of Industry and Trade.

The Circular, including five chapters and 12 articles, stipulates tariff rate quotas for textile and garments exported to Mexico and refers to the management principles on tariff rate quotas and the supervision of garments exported to Mexico.

The Circular will take effect on June 20, 2019.
