Regulations on COVID-19 testing changed for people exiting Vietnam

For export workers who've requested to be certified that they have not tested positive for COVID-19, their agencies have to contact a testing facility licensed by the Ministry of Health for instructions.

In a previous regulation issued a week ago, the Ministry of Health asked export worker agencies to contact the ministry itself or local health departments. So far, 70 testing facilities around the country have been licensed by the Ministry of Health to conduct COVID-19 tests.
