Record air traffic congestion at Tan Son Nhat
VTV.vn - Tân Sơn Nhất international airport broke a record of air traffic congestion and delayed flights as it had to receive 900 departures and arrivals per day during the Lunar New Year.
The number of passengers increased by 17,500 compared to the same period last year. The operation of the new airline Bamboo Airways also added to the pressure on Tân Sơn Nhất. Congestion and delays not only troubled passengers, but also led to additional expenses that airlines spent on stabilising their schedules.
