The Prime minister made the comments at the September cabinet meeting, where he emphasised the important role played by ODA capital in the country's development over recent decades.
According to a report by Ministry of Planning and Investment, during the 2016-2020 period, total ODA could reach 20 to 25 billion US dollars, an important component in the economy. The prime minister reiterated that projects that cannot disburse public capitals on schedule will be postponed, while the capitals will be turned into reciprocal capital for ODA on-schedule projects.
