Real estate projects transform the West side of Hanoi

Experts explained that in the past ten years, the west side of the city has received strong investment in infrastructure. This is also where many foreigners choose to live.

According to CBRE, the profit from leasing apartments on the west side is now about 5.7%, higher than the average rate 5% of Hanoi and higher than other countries in the region.
