Quang Ninh province ravaged by floods
VTV.vn - Heavy rain on Monday morning left many residential areas in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province flooded.
Flooding disrupted to traffic in the area. Three pupils at Ly Tu Trong Primary School were swept into an open drain when crossing a flooded road on their way back to school. Two were rescued but one other was swept away by the flooded water. The search for this victim is still under way.
