Departments and localities with highest scores in the DDCI 2022
Quang Ninh Customs Department led DDCI 2022, among departments and sectors with 85.05 points, while Mong Cai City led district-level localities with 70.35 points.
Regarding departments and sectors, the Quang Ninh Provincial Economic Zone Management Board ranked second, while the Department of Justice came in third.
In the category of district-level localities, Ha Long City came in second, while Binh Lieu district ranked third. Hai Ha district and Cam Pha City were also named in the top five of DDCI 2022.
The DDCI 2022 was the result of the opinions of 1,707 enterprises, cooperatives and business households, which is identified as an important tool to improve investment and business environment in Quang Ninh province.
After 8 years of implementation, the DDCI has provided important information on the administrative capacity of departments, sectors and localities, being a reliable guide for local departments, sectors and localities, to come up with action plans and practical solutions to improve their performance.
