PV oil to roll out bio-fuel ahead of deadline

PV Oil invested VND100 billion (4.4 million USD) to install 11 blending stations and expand its distribution system. Since December 1, E5 bio-fuel went on sale through PV Oil’s distribution systems in seven cities and provinces, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Haiphong, Danang, Can Tho, Quang Ngai, and Ba Ria-Vung Tau.

Biofuels have been used in more than 50 countries for the past 40 years so the introduction of E5 gasoline for mass-consumption Vietnam is in line with the global trends.
