Public debt ceiling will not increase

Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue said to National Assembly deputies in Ha Tinh province that the public debt ceiling cannot exceed 65% of total GDP while government debt and foreign debt need to be kept at maximum 55% of GDP until 2020. In order to do that, the state budget will only be used for important projects. In addition, the effectiveness of investment needs to be improved.
