As for the PAR Index for ministries and ministerial-level agencies, the State Bank of Vietnam, followed by the Ministry of Justice, were the agencies that led the ranking. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs had the lowest result in 2022.
As for provinces and centrally-run cities, Quang Ninh continued to have the highest PAR Index result in 2022, while Phú Yên came in last.
The 5 provinces with the highest level of people's satisfaction with public administrative services were Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Ca Mau, Binh Duong, and Thanh Hoa.
And the five provinces with the lowest level were Binh Thuan, Cao Bang, Quang Nam, Bac Kan, and Lang Son.
The survey results also revealed that people in rural areas had a higher level of satisfaction with the services of state administrative agencies than people in urban areas.
