On the 43rd anniversary of National Reunification Day (April 30), State President Tran Dai Quang published an article entitled "Promoting the spirit of reunification and the aspiration for peace in developing and defending the nation."
He also affirmed that it is necessary to firmly defend the independence, sovereignty, unity and spiritual integrity of the nation while maintaining a peaceful and stable environment for sustainable development.
