On Tuesday afternoon, on behalf of the Prime Minister, Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyễn Chí Dũng delivered a report submitting the draft law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Public Investment. Chairman of the National Assembly Committee for Financial and Budgetary Affairs Nguyễn Đức Hải also delivered a report verifying the draft law, affirming that revision to this law is necessary.
Due to complications in procedures, only half has been completed, causing total investment to increase by hundreds of thousands of USD.
