Congratulating the Hai Phong Party Committee, authorities, and people, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc emphasized that the completion of Hoàng Văn Thụ Bridge is very important and is the basis for implementing the Politburo's resolutions and development for Hai Phong City.
City leaders said this bridge will create a huge resource for Hai Phong to build a new administrative center. The Prime Minister also highly praised Vietnamese engineers for designing and constructing the bridge using the most advanced technology.
