Preferential home loan rates set at 4.8% per year

The Prime Minister has signed a decision concerning preferential lending rates for social house buyer at the Bank for Social Policies. The lending rate for house buyers is set at 4.8% per year (about 0.04% per month).

The outstanding value of debts is equals to 130% of the lending rate. This decision will take effect until the end of December and will be applied to all remaining outstanding loans this year.
