PM pays visit to Singapore Management University

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc witnessed the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding among the Singapore Management University, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and VinaCapital Group, and between the two universities and private economic development research board, under the Advisory Council for Administrative Reform.

In line with the cooperation, a start-up center will be established in Ho Chi Minh City and a 100,000-USD Fund will be set up to support start-ups throughout the country.
