The agricultural zone has a total area of 8,000m2, with total production of 150 tons of vegetables per year. Vegetables grown here are automatically watered and monitored.
This is part of a greenhouse system that applies technology from Israel. The total investment of the project reached 13.5 billion USD. More than 15 different types of vegetables are grown with total production of 20-30 tons per day.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc also required ministries, the State bank of Vietnam and commercial banks to increase the credit package for high-tech application in agriculture from 2.7 billion USD to 4.5 billion USD.
