Users can use the app to navigate, broadcast an audible alarm, make emergency calls, and report sexual abuse cases. S-City is for all city residents as well as tourists who care for Hanoi and are willing to work together to end violence against women and young girls. According to an Action Aid survey, 80% of women and girls surveyed have dealt with cases of sexual harassment and abuse. The app is free and available at the App Store, Google Play and the Windows Store.
