The State official made the affirmation at a meeting on November 18 with a delegation of teachers who are visiting Hanoi to attend the ceremony hosted by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) Central Committee to honour outstanding teachers of the year.
She spoke highly of initiatives taken by teachers to reform teaching methods in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, which have helped to keep students learning amidst the pandemic, particularly those in remote and mountainous areas, sea and islands regions.
She expressed her hope that teachers will continue working out more initiatives to facilitate online teaching and learning and make further contributions to the national cause of education and training.
She also asked the education sector to realise Party and State’s guideline as well as policies on fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training, improving human resource training, and safe adaptation to the COVID-19 pandemic.
