More than 300 Vietnamese from abroad are now working at schools, hospitals, and research centers in the city.
The municipal Liaison Association for Overseas Vietnamese said that in recent years the city has issued incentives to encourage Vietnamese abroad to invest and do business in Vietnam as well as connect businesses at home and abroad.
