Overseas Vietnamese contributes to developing smart city in HCM City

At the meeting, two important issues were discussed, including the development of clean energy and the building of a database in the city, both of which have received a lot of interest from many overseas experts and businesses.

Thanks to support from overseas Vietnamese, there are now development opportunities for both the people of HCMC and the entire economy.

However, in order to create breakthroughs in these two important sectors of energy and data, as well as education and healthcare, there should be more beneficial policies involving taxation, custom procedures and accommodations to attract more talented people to the country.
