In Binh Dinh province, many houses and rice fields are still flooded. Hundreds of militia and local youth have been deployed to clean up the area to sow seeds in time.
In Da Nang, the preventive medicine sector has begun to clean the environment to prevent epidemics, especially among preschools and primary schools. People also cleaned up the beach and collected garbage.
