The honourees came from 56 Youth Union units of central agencies and work in various jobs such as civil servants, journalists, lecturers, students, scientists, writers, and artists.
They were all the outstanding individuals with major contributions in Youth Union work as well as with reputation and positive influence at their places of work and the community.
Earlier that day, the delegates took part in various activities such as offering incense and flowers to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum, attending a meeting with President Vo Van Thuong, and sharing their opinions at a forum on the values of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style.
