It is taking place from September 7 to December 28 in the form of multiple choice questions and is open to all Vietnamese citizens from 14 years of age with accounts on VCNet.
Each week the organisers will publish ten questions concerning road safety, road usage skills and behaviours on the road, and award one first prize worth VND2 million, along with two second prizes and three third prizes, each worth VND1.5 million and VND1 million respectively.
In addition to the multiple choice questions, contestants are also encouraged to submit their ideas in written form regarding ensuring road safety, illustrating good examples in the campaign to do so.
At the end of the contest period, the best articles will be awarded cash prizes of VND10 million, VND5 million and VND2 million for first, second and third prizes respectively.
High-quality articles will also be featured in the online newspaper of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
