Good nutrition is not just important in childhood; it provides a foundation for life, from pregnancy and the first 1,000 days of life, through the crucial school years (aged 2 to 12), to adulthood and elderly care. Notably, 86% of a person’s height is formed between the ages of two and 12, a significant scientific indicator for future health and the strength of the nation.

Nutrition News provides updates on the latest scientific information from Vietnam and around the world. Eat Right - Drink Right - Live Healthy features top specialists discussing nutrition and health at different stages of life. “Expert Viewpoint” offers direct answers to audience questions, bridging the gap between scientific knowledge and real-life concerns. “Flowers of the Land” showcases seasonal agricultural produce from various regions, analyzing its nutritional values with using a modern AI knowledge model that presents information in an engaging and intuitive way.
