Nordic cuisine blended with Vietnamese ingredient

Inspired by these characteristics, a group of young Vietnamese chefs have opened a restaurant called T.U.N.G Dining or Tùng Dining and brought the world of Nordic gastronomy to the heart of Hanoi.
