Ninh Binh welcomed nearly 21 million visitors in the first nine months of 2026, up over 25.5% year on year and exceeding its annual target.
The province is promoting sustainable tourism alongside heritage conservation. Several cultural and sporting events are planned for the final months of the year.
In October, the outdoor show Heroes of the Reed Flags at Hoa Lu Ancient Town the historical period of Dinh Bo Linh through martial arts, music and lighting. Meanwhile, blooming water lilies attract visitors to Tam Coc – Bich Dong for scenic boat trips.
The Trang An Marathon takes place on 14 and 15 November, followed by Vietnamese Culture Day celebrations from 22 to 24 November, featuring performances, cultural activities and local cuisine.
