On June 22, within the framework of the closing ceremony and national award ceremony of the Microsoft Office Specialist Word Championship - Viettel and the Adobe Certified Professional Championship 2023 (national level), held in Hanoi, nine champions, who will represent Vietnam to compete with global competitors in the US, were honoured.

As two annual world-class technology competitions, MOSWC and ACPWC allow Vietnamese students to challenge themselves with international assessment standards on office informatics skills and graphic design, as well as affirming talent with global friends.

Commenting on the two competitions this year, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCMYU) Central Committee and President of the Vietnam Student Association Nguyen Minh Triet said, that despite participating for the first time, the contestants in the Central Highlands, and the northern midland and mountainous regions, have reaped the proud achievements with an international MOS certificate, opening up many learning and employment opportunities in the future.

According to Nguyen Minh Triet, the highlight of this year's season is that young people from junior high and high schools account for more than half of the contestants who entered the national qualifying round.

Notably, two of the six national champions in 2023 are only in 8th grade. These are record numbers, over the 14 seasons of this competition in Vietnam.
