The Finale of 2016 Vietnam’s Next Top Model takes place in Ho Chi Minh City with the competence of top 5, among La Thanh Thanh, Ngoc Chau, Huy Quang, Thuy Trang and Minh Phong. Especially, Minh Phong is an eliminated contestant who is brought back to the show by achieving the highest vote rate from the audience.
After the catwalk performance, host Thanh Hang announces Minh Phong and Thuy Trang have come to an end of their journey, narrowing down to 3 finalists. In the final round, the 3 finalists have to pose in a soundproof glass cube.
Finally, Ngoc Chau triumphs and becomes the 8th winner of Vietnam’s Next Top Model. This title has been awarded for previous contestant, naming Huyen Trang (season 1), Hoang Thuy (season 2), Mai Giang (season 3), Mau Thanh Thuy (season 4), Quang Hung and Nguyen Oanh (season 5) and Huong Ly (season 6).
