The Government leader made the remark at a meeting between the Nghe An provincial authorities and investors in Vinh city, on March 10.
He asked the province to continue building a more facilitative and dynamic government in service of the people and businesses, whilst developing measures to remove any difficulties for enterprises in a timely fashion and using the satisfaction of the people and companies as a measure of their results.
Nghe An should also continue to reform the local business climate and develop its human resources in order to take advantage of the opportunities brought about by the fourth Industrial Revolution, the PM suggested.

At the meeting, in the presence of PM Phuc, the Nghe An leaders granted certificates of investment registration to nine projects and signed 16 memoranda of understanding on investment cooperation in the province, with a total registered capital of more than VND13.1 trillion (US$575 million).
Since 2009, Nghe An has attracted 980 investment projects with a total registered capital of over VND276 trillion (US$12.1 billion), including 927 projects by domestic investors, worth VND112 trillion, and 53 foreign direct invested (FDI) projects worth VND163 trillion.
Later the same day, PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc offered incense at a monument dedicated to youth volunteers and the tombs of 10 young female volunteers at the Dong Loc T-junction national relic site.
