New policies on high-tech agriculture

The Prime Minister ordered ministries to quickly remove barriers in land-related issues to facilitate agricultural development. Furthermore, the Ministry of Industry and Trade was directed to develop a trade technical barrier to protect domestic production. The ministry was also commanded to devise a  restructuring plan for agro-cooperatives and individual production. Prime Minister Phuc also ordered the Ministry of Finance and the State Bank to establish a high-tech agriculture development fund, which will prioritize scientific research and biotechnology. The National Technology Innovation Fund will also be utilized to support future high-tech agricultural projects.
