New Minister calls for agricultural restructuring

He noted the major challenges that the nation’s agricultural sector faces, namely, small-scale operations, increasing effects from climate change as well as pressure from the integration process the country is undergoing.

Among the 17 ministers approved by the National Assembly on Thursday, Minister Cuong is reported to be the only new member within the cabinet during the new term.
