Hotel Indigo Saigon The City, Vietnam Opening: Q2 2024
Vietnam’s first Hotel Indigo will boast a central location along District 1’s Ly Tu Trong Street, just six kilometres away from the airport, and one of Ho Chi Minh City’s most timeless neighbourhoods — Ba Son. Hotel Indigo Saigon The City, named in homage to the city’s history, will be specially designed to reflect the unique character and stories of its surrounding neighbourhood through thoughtful decor that lends a local touch to its 150 guest rooms.
InterContinental Halong Bay Resort and Residences, VietnamOpening: late 2024
Being Halong Bay’s first international luxury resort, InterContinental Halong Bay Resort and Residences sets itself apart with immersive resort facilities, complete with its very own private beach and an enviable view of Halong Bay’s famous limestone karst structures. Featuring 175 guest rooms at the resort while the residences will be made up of 60 apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms, and 41 villas. A design collaboration between Bangkok-based Nava Studios and Jakarta’s Placebo, the 144-room Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu resort seamlessly blends modern stylish design with Balinese culture against the stunning backdrop of Indian Ocean sunsets. Reflecting the essence of ocean life, the resort's design utilises a colour palette of sea blues, natural wood and greens, echoing Bali’s lush landscape.
InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit, Thailand Now Opened
The new-build InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit will be Thonglor’s newest luxury hotel. The newest addition to the Thonglor district will showcase luxury Thai craftsmanship with its design with 241 guestrooms, including Club InterContinental and a Presidential suite, including BYREDO bath amenities.

Regent Bali Canggu, IndonesiaOpening: Q4 2024
Slated to open in Q4 2024, the all-suites-and-villa Regent Bali Canggu will be Regent Hotels & Resorts’ first resort in Indonesia after the acquisition of the brand. Traditional patterns like batik and local Balinese imagery, are subtly integrated into the interior skin, upholstery, and architectural details. The rich vibrant colour palette reflects the hues found in traditional Indonesian textiles and lush nature, with earth tones, deep blues, lush greens, and bright accents harmoniously creating an inviting luxury atmosphere.
Dinso Resort & Villas Koh Chang, Vignette Collection, ThailandOpening: late 2024
Dinso Resort & Villas Koh Chang, Vignette Collection will open in 2024 following an extensive renovation to the former Emerald Resort Koh Chang. Poised upon the white sandy shoreline of Klong Prao Beach, the 166-room resort brings blissful beachfront relaxation to the Eastern side of Koh Chang. 13 villas come with their own private pool. Additional facilities include three restaurants and bars including a beach club, 750 square meters of swimming pool, spa and fitness facilities. The resort joins Dinso Resort & Villas Phuket and Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok to represent a trio of Thai properties featured within IHG’s first collection brand.
voco Bali Seminyak, IndonesiaOpening: Q3 2024
voco Bali Seminyak will be the first property under IHG’s premium brands to open in Indonesia. Located in the heart of Bali’s vibrant Seminyak district, the 162-room hotel will offer guests a thoughtful, unstuffy and charming stay experience, inspired by the voco hotels’ brand hallmarks of ‘come on in’, ‘me time’ and ‘voco life’. Just a 20-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport, its facilities include a restaurant and bar, meeting room, health club and swimming pool.
Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar, IndonesiaOpening: Q3 2024
Opening in 2024, Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar will be located within the refreshing Dago neighbourhood, in the northern region of Bandung, Indonesia. The hotel will draw inspiration from Dago’s welcoming waters, vibrant cultural traditions and folklore, and local cuisines. In addition to its 277 rooms, the property will also feature a lobby lounge, neighbourhood café, grand ballroom, two heated infinity pools, and a signature restaurant and rooftop bar offering a stunning 180-degree view of Bandung city.
Slated to rebrand as Indonesia’s first Vignette Collection property in late 2024, Rumah Luwih Bali, Vignette Collection will be a beachfront luxury resort upon the completion of an extension renovation.
The serenity of sunrise walks upon the sands, style of home-cooked dining experiences, cultural history and eco-tourism activities. Close to the slopes of Mount Agung, the area holds history of the Kings of Karangasem and temples such as Tirta Gangga, Besakih and the Water Palace.
