Nanocovax to enter phase 3 clinical trials

The previous two phases, in which nearly 600 volunteers received the vaccine, have shown positive results. After three months of trials, the vaccine has demonstrated its safety and ability to generate immunity and neutralize the Wuhan variant and the UK variant.

Phase 3 of the Nanocovax trial will take place in ten provinces and cities on around 13,000 volunteers. The Military Medical University is in charge of the northern region and the HCMC Pasteur Institute is in charge of the southern region.
