Prior to her departure, the leader of Vietnam's National Assembly met with leaders of several political parties in Kazakhstan, including First Secretary of the Communist People's Party of Kazakhstan Zhambyl A. Akhmetbekov in Astana.
The NA chairwoman praised all political parties in Kazakhstan for their recognition of the great importance to the friendship with Vietnam, adding that her visit to Kazakhstan was designed to reinforce solidarity between the two nations.
Earlier, Chairwoman Ngan also met Deputy Chairman of the Nur Otan Party Abraruly Kul-Mukhammed who spoke highly of Kazakhstan-Vietnam co-operation in various fields, particularly oil and gas.
