The Vietnamese top legislator was recieved by President of the Senate of the Czech Parliament Milan Stech in an official welcoming ceremony in Prague on Wednesday
There, she met the city's mayor Petr Kulhanek to discuss collaboration between the Czech city and Vietnam as well as future directions to develop this relationship. The city leader showed his appreciation for the contributions of the Vietnamese community in Karlovy Vary and expressed his admiration for their work ethic.
In return, Chairwoman Ngan expressed her gratitude for the care the local government has shown to Vietnamese people living there. Moreover, she said that Vietnam is committed to assisting Czech businesses in Vietnam.
