MOT postpones 14 exclusive BOT projects

This is due to a new directive from the Government to ensure the rights and benefits of people in order to avoid a monopoly.

Of these 14 projects, four projects already have signed BOT contracts. The remaining 10 have been approved and are being researched for a pre-feasibility study.

By the end of May, the Ministry had approved the final settlement of 56 out of 58 BOT projects to be put into operation. This is the result of long-term efforts to clarify the actual investment capital of BOT projects, for increased transparency.
