Around 482 kilometres overlap with the eastern North-South Expressway, running from Dien Chau in Nghe An province to Tuy Loan in Da Nang.
Another 295 kilometres form part of the western North-South Expressway and other expressways serving key economic areas in the south and Central Highlands.
Branch routes are also being developed to connect major border gates, including Soc Giang, Lao Bao, and Bo Y, helping strengthen regional links and facilitate cross-border trade with neighbouring countries.
