More M&A opportunities

Despite the limited figure, mergers and acquisitions have emerged as an effective channel to raise investment, helping diversify forms of investment in Vietnam. More importantly, M&As have motivated domestic enterprises to access new technology from their foreign partners. M&A activities are very important and they will become more common in the time to come. This is because Vietnam has been integrating more profoundly into the global economy through a series of free trade agreements.
